At this time, we do not accept exchange, however, you are always welcome to return any item that you don't like. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy:
Returns:
1. Returns within 7 days will be refunded as a store credit gift card. The "7 days" is counting from the delivery date approved by shipping carrier. Store credit gift card will be sent to your email and will be active for 12 months starting from refund date. Only products' value will be returned, shipping fee is not applicable for returns if there was a shipping fee in your original order.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition as you received it, with tags attached, unworn and unwashed, unstained in the original packaging. The free gift (if applicable) also needs to be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- Item has been worn/used
- Item comes without tags attached
- Item has scents/smells
- Item has been damaged
- Returned items have NOT been delivered
3. The postage of return is at your cost. Shipping method with tracking number is highly recommended, helping to locate your return for delivery and approval. Stunning Mystery is not responsible for any missing returns.
4. Returns must be delivered within 14 calendar days from return approval date for full refund. Any return delivered after 14 days will not be refunded.
5. Once your return is received and approved, your store credit gift card will be processed and sent to your email within 5-7 days.
6. All products under "Sale" and "Clearance" are final sale, no returns. All some health, personal care items can't be returned either.

We will respond within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), disclosing the return instructions if approved.
